Please note that for large, bulky, oversized and furniture items, a freight quotation will be provided within 24-48 hours after receiving your order, or unless requested prior to purchase. Should you wish to purchase a furniture item, please contact Woven Oak prior to purchasing, so we can provide you with a freight estimate.

Woven Oak does not accept cancellation requests for orders based on improper review of the store terms and conditions. Please ensure all website listings are read in full, and care and attention is paid to store policies and purchase summaries, prior and post checkout. In the event that Woven Oak uses its discretion to allow a cancellation request for the above, a 5% restocking fee will apply.

Large items will be quoted based on a backloading rate, which is the most cost-effective option available. Due to our regional locality, this means that we can encounter delays due to said backloading, and whilst we aim to provide the best timeframe estimate given from our logistics providers, this is not always guaranteed, and is subject to change. We can also only offer freight on larger items to select areas at this time, comprising of New South Wales, and South East Queensland. As freight and transit is outside of our control, Woven Oak will not accept cancellations or refund requests due to any delays caused by the freight, transport service providers, or third party logistics. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Woven Oak offers tracked courier delivery throughout Australia via our preferred shipping platforms Sendle, TNT and Australia Post. Your tracking information will be forwarded to the email provided upon checkout. Please remember to review your junk email folder if your email has not arrived within the estimated dispatch timeframe.

Woven Oak aims to dispatch all in-stock items within 3 to 5 business days via courier. We note this is an estimated timeframe for dispatch only. Longer dispatch times may apply during promotional, launch and sale periods due to the high volume of orders that we receive.

Woven Oak will not be held accountable for longer delivery times, and cancellations and /or refund requests will not be accepted due to same.

We ask that you check your delivery address carefully upon checkout. Woven Oak will not be held accountable for any incorrect information given, resulting in the misdirection of your order. Please also ensure you are available to receive your delivery should there be no safe please for your parcel to be left if you are not home, as this can result in a redirection or return to sender occurrence. Should this in fact occur, the customer will be liable for any and all charges for the re-direction, or resending of your items.
