Please choose carefully as Woven Oak does not offer refunds on items due to change of mind.
Woven Oak will gladly offer a credit note for all change of mind purchases, under the following conditions:
- We must be notified of your intention to return the item, within 48 hours of receipt;
- Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase;
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging;
- Item is not damaged, used, washed, marked or otherwise.
We note Woven Oak does not cover postage or additional fees relating to the return of change of mind purchases.
Woven Oak does not accept returns on sale or discounted items (including promotions).
Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Woven Oak immediately at email@example.com, so we can organise a replacement or credit for you, pending return (in line with the criteria above) and assessment of the item in question. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if the damaged or faulty item was not the sole product in your order, or should the item be assessed otherwise.
