Please choose carefully as Woven Oak does not offer refunds on items due to change of mind, or an incorrect choice. Being that the majority of our products are one-of-a-kind and vary in design, tone and size, please be sure to review the website listing in full, prior to making your purchase, and to contact us should you require specifics PRIOR to purchasing.

Woven Oak will gladly offer a credit note for all change of mind purchases, under the following conditions:

  • We must be notified of your intention to return the items within 48 hours of you receiving them;
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of notifiying us of your intention to return;
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging, with any and all tags attached;
  • Item is not damaged, used, washed, marked or otherwise.

Woven Oak does not grant refunds or credit for items purchased under a sale or promotion, such as clearance, seconds, or sitewide sales. All of these sales are deemed FINAL unless deemed faulty.

We note Woven Oak does not refund or cover postage or additional fees relating to the return of change of mind. Woven Oak is also not responsible or liable should your return be lost in transit or otherwise. We highly recommend using a postal service with tracking and appropriate insurance if necessary.

Woven Oak does not accept changes to orders once placed.

Woven Oak does not accept cancellation requests for orders based on improper review of the store terms and conditions. Please ensure all website listings are read in full, and care and attention is paid to store policies and purchase summaries, prior and post checkout. In the event that Woven Oak uses its discretion to allow a cancellation request for the above, a 5% restocking fee will apply. 

Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Woven Oak within 24 hours via email only at hello@wovenoak.com.au with a photo of the damaged item and the courier label and box (to all be showing in the same image), so we can organise a replacement or refund, pending return and assessment of the item in question. Unfortunately we are unable to assess any claims for damage outside of a 24 hour period, due to strict policies and terms and conditions given by our couriers.
