Woven Oak offers pre-order capability on a selection of our upcoming shipments from around the globe.

Please be aware that we are given an estimated arrival date only, which is subject to change, and depends on a variety of third party factors that are outside of our control. Woven Oak will not be held accountable for delayed delivery times, and cancellations will not be accepted due to same.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the product is not currently in stock, and therefore not available for shipping at the time of purchase.

Should an order contain both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock item will be held until the pre-order item arrives, and the order will be sent together in its entirety. 

Once our shipment is received, you will be notified of its arrival by email, and if applicable, a freight invoice sent for finalisation prior to your delivery being booked (please be sure to obtain a shipping quotation for any bulky or furniture items prior to placing your order, by contacting us at hello@wovenoak.com.au).

Large items will be quoted based on a backloading rate, which is the most cost-effective option available. Due to our regional locality, we can only offer freight on larger items to select areas at this time, comprising of South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, and South East Queensland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are working towards are more widespread solution.

Please choose carefully as Woven Oak does not offer refunds on items due to change of mind. Being that the majority of our products are one-of-a-kind and vary in design, tone and size, please be sure to review the website listing in full, prior to making your purchase.

Woven Oak will gladly offer a credit note for all change of mind purchases; 

  • We must be notified of your intention to return the items within 48 hours of you receiving them;
  • Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase;
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging, with any and all tags attached;
  • Item is not damaged, used, washed, marked or otherwise.
  • Item has not been purchased under a promotion which has secured a discount upon purchase.

We note Woven Oak does not cover postage or additional fees relating to the return of change of mind purchases.

Woven Oak does not accept returns on sale items.

Woven Oak does not accept changes to orders once placed.

Woven Oak does not accept cancellation requests for orders based on improper review of the store terms and conditions. Please ensure all website listings are read in full, and care and attention is paid to store policies and purchase summaries, prior and post checkout. In the event that Woven Oak uses its discretion to allow a cancellation request for the above, a 10% restocking fee will apply. 

Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Woven Oak immediately at wovenoak@outlook.com.au with a photo of the damaged item and the courier label and box (to all be showing in the same image), so we can organise a replacement or refund, pending return and assessment of the item in question.
