Where are you based, and do you have a shopfront?

We are located on the Mid North Coast, in the small beachside town of Woolgoolga. We are currently online only, with a long term goal of opening a shopfront in Coffs Harbour.

Do you offer pickup? 

We currently have a click and collect option for locals from Red Rock to Coffs Harbour. We are always running around however, so more often than not your order will be delivered, free of charge.

 Do you list your pieces individually?

 Due to the amount of stock we have on hand at any given time, it is not always possible for us to list more than 100 similar items individually, and sometimes the differences are so minor that they arent noticeable when shopping online.

 When the overall look of a product is the same featuring only small irregularites, those items will be selected at random.

 When a product differs quite noticeably in tone, design, style and size, those items are listed separately, however it is in batches due to the size of the inventory on hand.

Do you have a free shipping policy?

We do offer free shipping on all orders over $200, with the exclusion of heavy / bulky, furniture and fragile items (including pots).

How do you ship larger items?

Some of our items require customised freight options, and cannot pass through the normal courier system due to size and volume.

 With these items, there will be a shipping disclaimer at the bottom of the website description, and also an image advising quoted shipping is required. A prompt will also pop up at the checkout prior to you finalising your purchase.

Once a purchase is made, we will contact you with a shipping quotation / invoice, within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you have a refund / return policy? 

Yes we do! Please feel free to check out our returns, refund and exchanges policies via our website. 

Do you offer wholesale and trade accounts?
